The Cuisinart CVR-1000 vertical countertop rotisserie is a that is space saving since it is vertical. It can cook chicken, pork roast, fish, kebabs, and also vegetables. The unit comes with a roasting rack, a poultry tower, and multipurpose basket and an 8 piece skewer. It has a touch pad control panel 5 settings for temperature; 325, 350, 400, 425, and 450 degrees F. It also has an LCD display in front that shows you the settings and power level
The rotisserie can maintain temperatures with the use of metallic and reflective side panels. The panels are removable for easy cleaning.
The door handle is easy to grip. It also has an internal light that you can turn on and off. The interior is made of non-stick material while the outside has a brushed stainless steel finish.
